Three months complete and we find ourselves in a state of Lockdown… With plenty of time to spare, my aim is still to keep active as and when I can, while complying with the government’s rules and guidelines.

Here we are now, officially in a ‘Lockdown’ situation in the UK. While I have this time on my hands, I thought I pay a bit more attention to my blog and write about one of my most memorable walks from 2019, which took place towards the end of the year.

Back on the Black Mountain

Less than a year after my first walk in the Western Brecon Beacons, I returned to the same area with a near-identical group of people. New peaks to be bagged, cairns to be spotted and a chance to visit ‘The Other Lake’, after wading knee-deep in to one of the pair, last summer.
