In another effort to Stay Local, I drove a few miles to the village of Congresbury, with the idea of following a few footpaths around and alongside the River Yeo that I’d not walked before. Even when I used to live much closer.

Another walk in Lockdown and this one took place ahead of the Sand Point walk I wrote about previously. Wick St. Lawrence is a small village and parish on the outskirts of Weston-super-Mare and a stone’s throw from where I currently live. I hadn’t explored all of the area and knew of a series of (potentially inaccessible) footpaths close that would be the feature of this morning’s outing.
